hadn&#39;t been to your restaurant before but was recommended by a friend. Went today with my sister in law for her birthday but was disappointed. We both had the gammon which was quite tough to chew and a lot of the chips had been overcooked and impossible to eat

I&rsquo;d never had Japanese food before and I was so impressed! It was packed full of flavour! Absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful! I will definitely go back again!

We had booked a table in the restaurant but decided to eat in the bar area instead as there was a roaring fire there which added to the ambience on a cold day.  All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

Whilst the food and service were very good, it was very noisy (current terminology would probably describe it as &lsquo;buzzy&rsquo;) to the extent that we struggled to talk to each other.  Probably a better place for the younger crowd who don&rsquo;t mind this but we probably wouldn&rsquo;t visit again for this reason.

The western restaurant is located in the former Thinkstock of Bristol, a Michelin restaurant not many in the city of Bristol. The restaurant is open until 22 pm every day, but there are still many guests until the closing time, and the business is very good. The western food here is well done, the chef is very creative and very appetizing. The restaurant service is also very good.

Nice food but service a little slow - more staff needed (Thursday at 18:30)

Food was warm. Only 2 pots of mayo for 5.people.  I was expecting more for the price of the food. &pound;15 service charge!. Steaks came out then had to wait a good 5 minutes for the test of the food so we could all eat together.  Lovely setting, though, and I love the decor.

Very good food, well presented and served by very friendly and capable staff.  Pleasant room with nice light.

Soup was cold when arrived at the table, also no veg or potatoes included in the meals and they weren&#39;t offered as extras, we had to ask what was included in our meals and then add extras that would normally be included. eg chips with a burger, potatoes and veg with the vegan celeriac steak.
